1. By using this platform, you agree to comply with all terms. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
2. You are solely responsible for data you upload and how you use AI-generated results.
3. All platform rights belong to Krishcare Pharma LLP. Service is provided "as is" with no warranty.
4. Liability for indirect damages is disclaimed. Disputes fall under jurisdiction of Yavatmal, Maharashtra courts.
5. Credits Validity: All purchased credits are valid for the number of days specified at the time of purchase (visible during checkout). Unused credits after expiry will not be refunded.
6. No Refund Policy: All payments for credits are final and non-refundable. Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
7. UPPERCASE Feature: Using the ⇧ UPPERCASE button in the CSV editor deducts 2 credits per use (free for admin).
8. These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

1. Invoice Usage Policy (Important)If any user uploads or uses invoices belonging to any other company or firm, Krishcare Pharma LLP reserves the right to charge 5 times the normal credit cost for such usage.

3. Use of the ServiceThe platform must be used only for lawful purposes. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or misuse the system is strictly prohibited.
4. User ResponsibilitiesYou are solely responsible for the data or content you upload. The platform should not be relied upon for critical decisions such as legal, medical, or financial matters.
5. Intellectual PropertyAll rights related to the platform, technology, and system remain with Krishcare Pharma LLP.
6. Data PrivacyUser data may be collected and processed to improve services and ensure security. Users should avoid uploading sensitive or confidential data unless necessary.
7. Disclaimer of WarrantiesThe platform is provided on an "as is" basis. No guarantee is made regarding accuracy, reliability, or completeness of results.
8. Limitation of LiabilityKrishcare Pharma LLP shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform.
9. TerminationAccess may be suspended or terminated if any user violates these Terms.
10. Governing LawThese Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Yavatmal, Maharashtra – 445001.
